Join me 30th November for a Silent Meditation Intensive comprised of 5 x 40-minute sittings. [See a detailed schedule of the timings in the description below.]

This is for those who really want to go deep in their practice with a view to awakening to and/or deepening into your True Nature. An intensive like this offers a great opportunity to anchor and rest as Awareness itself. The mind, not being given sustenance for an extended duration, starts to slowly loosen its apparent grip. Intensives like this also tend to really re-invigorate your own practice, which has its own positive knock-on effects in your daily life.

Ideally, it would be great if you could maintain silence throughout the intensive, i.e., during your breaks. Silence means no talking, no writing, no reading, no phones etc. See if you can just be one with the activity of your breaks, eg having a cup of tea, eating a meal, sitting outside etc.
